Grant permissions
Without the right permissions, Fluesta cannot record, use the hotkey, or paste text.

Microphone (macOS & Windows)
Section titled “Microphone (macOS & Windows)”- Launch Fluesta or complete onboarding.
- Allow microphone access when prompted.
- If denied: System Settings → Privacy → Microphone → enable Fluesta.
Accessibility (macOS only)
Section titled “Accessibility (macOS only)”- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.
- Enable Fluesta.
- Restart Fluesta if the hotkey or auto-paste does not respond.
Screen recording (macOS only)
Section titled “Screen recording (macOS only)”Fluesta can use visible window content for better correction (not continuous recording).
- System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording.
- Enable Fluesta.
Without this permission, dictation still works — only screen-based context is skipped.
