Manage your subscription
Manage your Fluesta subscription in the web dashboard. Billing runs through Creem.io.
Applies to
Section titled “Applies to”- Web dashboard at fluesta.eu/dashboard
- Team admins for seats and team billing
- Team members without admin role see billing notices but cannot change the team plan
Upgrade or start checkout
Section titled “Upgrade or start checkout”- Sign in to the dashboard.
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Pro (including trial if eligible) or Team.
- Complete checkout — you are redirected to Creem.
Customer portal (invoices & payment method)
Section titled “Customer portal (invoices & payment method)”- Settings → Billing.
- Click Customer portal (or equivalent).
- In Creem: manage invoices, payment method, and address.
Cancel or reactivate
Section titled “Cancel or reactivate”- Settings → Billing.
- Cancel subscription — access continues until the paid period ends.
- Before expiry: Reactivate if offered.
After expiry, dictation is locked until you have an active subscription again.
Team seats
Section titled “Team seats”Team admins manage seats under Settings → Billing or Team. New invites are blocked when no free seats remain.
