Set up glossary

A glossary helps Fluesta consistently transcribe and correct names, brands, and domain terms.

Prerequisites

• Pro, Pro trial, or Team subscription
• For team glossary: Team plan and admin role to edit

In the desktop app

1. Open the Fluesta app and go to Glossary in the sidebar.
2. Click Add term, enter the term (max. 100 characters), and save.
3. Optional: Enable Cloud sync so your terms sync with the server.

You can store up to 100 personal terms. Use search to filter existing entries.

Pro tip

Add common proper names, product names, and abbreviations — especially ones Whisper would otherwise misspell.

In the web dashboard

1. Sign in at fluesta.eu/dashboard.
2. Open Glossary (/dashboard/glossary).
3. Enter a term and click Add.
4. Optional: Click Sync to load the latest terms from the server.

Personal vs. team glossary

Glossary	Who can edit?	Limit
Personal	You	100 terms
Team	Any team member	500 terms (server limit)

All team members can edit the team glossary — not only admins.

Team glossary in web UI

The interface shows a limit of 100 terms for both glossaries. The team glossary accepts up to 500 terms on the server.
